MEL-Tullamarine Airport is recommended for those that are flying in.

⏱️ Timing

Arrival - APGM kicks off on Tuesday, 11 November with an evening welcome reception at Yarra Botanica.

Departure - Programming concludes on Thuesday, 13 November at 12:15, following by lunch until 13:30.

🚍 Ground Transportation

APGM Shuttles - Complimentary shuttles will be provided from the Grand Hyatt Melbourne to evening events on Tuesday & Wednesday and to the MEL airport after sessions & lunch on Thursday with departures at the following times: 

  • Grand Hyatt Melbourne to Yarra Botanica: 16:30 & 17:00 

  • Grand Hyatt Melbourne to The Terrace: 17:15 & 17:45 

    The Terrace back to Grand Hyatt Melbourne: 19:00 & 19:30 

  • Grand Hyatt Melbourne to MEL airport: 13:00

Public Transport - The Grand Hyatt Melbourne is located in the CBD Free Tram Zone.  The nearest stop to the Grand Hyatt Melbourne is at the corner of Russell St & Flinders Street. On Foot

  • Grand Hyatt Melbourne to Yarra Botanica: ~16 minutes 

  • Grand Hyatt Melbourne to The Terrace at the Royal Botanic Gardens: ~35-40 minutes (approx. 10 minutes to the Botanic Gardens, then 25–30 minutes to reach The Terrace)

There is a car park located underneath the Grand Hyatt Melbourne. It is operated by GHG and rates can be found here: https://grandhotelgroup.com.au/car-park-information/.  

For parking at other hotels, please check directly with your hotel regarding daily and overnight parking facilities and rates. 

🧳 Luggage & Coat Check

Complimentary luggage and coat check will be available on Wednesday & Thursday during APGM in the conference area of the Grand Hyatt Melbourne.
