MEL-Tullamarine Airport is recommended for those that are flying in.

Arrival - APGM kicks off on Tuesday, 11 November with an evening welcome reception at Yarra Botanica.

Departure - Programming concludes on Thursday, 13 November at 12:15, following by lunch until 13:30.

🚍 Ground Transportation

APGM Shuttles - Complimentary shuttles will be provided from the Grand Hyatt Melbourne to evening events on Tuesday & Wednesday and to the MEL airport after sessions & lunch on Thursday with departures at the following times: 

  • Grand Hyatt Melbourne to Yarra Botanica: 16:15 & 16:45

  • Grand Hyatt Melbourne to The Terrace: 17:15 & 17:45 

    The Terrace back to Grand Hyatt Melbourne: 19:00 & 19:30 

  • Grand Hyatt Melbourne to MEL airport: 13:00

Public Transport - The Grand Hyatt Melbourne is located in the CBD Free Tram Zone.  The nearest stop to the Grand Hyatt Melbourne is at the corner of Russell St & Flinders Street. On Foot

  • Grand Hyatt Melbourne to Yarra Botanica: ~16 minutes 

  • Grand Hyatt Melbourne to The Terrace at the Royal Botanic Gardens: ~35-40 minutes (approx. 10 minutes to the Botanic Gardens, then 25–30 minutes to reach The Terrace)

For parking at other hotels, please check directly with your hotel regarding daily and overnight parking facilities and rates. 

🧳 Luggage & Coat Check

Complimentary luggage and coat check will be available on Wednesday & Thursday during APGM in the conference area of the Grand Hyatt Melbourne.
