Discounted hotel blocks are available for APGM attendees at the following hotels. To book, follow the instructions below for each hotel. Please be aware that reservation and payment policies vary.

APGM hotel rates are in AUD and inclusive of GST (tax).

Pan Pacific Melbourne

Address: 2 Convention Centre Place, Melbourne. Connected to MCEC.

APGM rates: A$389-429 per night. Inclusive of GST.

• Reservation, Cancellation, & Payment Policy

  • Should a guest wish to cancel their booking, Pan Pacific Melbourne must be notified 31 days prior to the arrival date, there will be no cancellation charge.

  • Should a guest fail to arrive at Pan Pacific Melbourne or if a room is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date (4pm) the guest will be charged 100% of their full stay. Early departures or shortened stays are treated as cancelled room nights.

  • A link will be provided to all reservations to prepay account around 35-31 days from arrival date, or earlier upon request. Guests will have up to 48 hours to prepay their accommodation.

Hotel Indigo Melbourne on Flinders

• Reservation, Cancellation, & Payment Policy

  • A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation at time of booking. Until 31 days prior to arrival date: Any individual cancellation request can be processed without incurring a penalty.

  • Within 30 days of arrival date: a cancellation fee equivalent to One (1) Night of the accommodation charge will apply.

  • If delegate fails to show at the hotel on the reserved arrival date this is regarded as a no-show and full amount of reservation may be charged.

Hyatt Centric Melbourne

  • A credit card is required to book a room. Rooms cancelled after Friday, 08 January will incur a 100% cancellation fee based on total accommodation charge for the intended duration of stay, including “No Shows”.
