  • For reservations booked as part of the APGM group block:

    A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation. One-night accommodation amount will be charged 30 days prior to arrival as a non-refundable deposit.

    For reservations booked at public rates, please refer to the specific policies to that reservation.

  • For reservations booked in the APGM block:

    A credit card is required to guarantee the reservation at time of booking. Outside of 14 days, rooms may be cancelled or reduced without charge. Inside 14 days, a non-refundable cancellation fee equal to 100% for the room nights cancelled may be charged.
